This used to be a fantastic place to live. Since the new ownership and management has taken over, it’s gone down hill. There is no longer ANY management living onsite. (Just one maintenance type person) Random office closures are a huge inconvenience. And the courtyard.... it’s being deconstructed to repair leaks. Nothing worse than having to view messy construction for months. We no longer have a bbq area, just one small outdoor seating area. So sad.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. at first i thought it was the best place ever until i found the two girls at the front desk spying on me through the vents and when i brought it to the bosses attention she did nothing. my question is why would people be in vents after business hours. its all pretty sketchy to me.
Absolutely love living here! The staff are amazing, Melodie really keeps this complex in great shape and is one of the few landlords I've had that will actually help you when you have a problem! I always love dropping by the office to pick up my packages and say hi to the staff here! Everyone knows me by name and is friendly and inviting
These apartments are beautiful and well kept, the manager Melodie is very accommodating and friendly.
I'm having so much fun living here I can't stand it :-)
