Extremely unhappy with the South Bend Clinic. When they lost my lab results several years ago and I ended up in the hospital with Ecoli for a week I should have left. But I stayed. Fast forward to today. Doctor spends 5 minutes with me. Dr. barely let me ask my questions he was in such a hurry. I was sent to have blood test done as well as an X-ray. When I was called with the results I was told X-ray was fine. I asked about blood test results. They had no clue I had blood ran. 🤦♀️. Now told I need CT and that the front des... read more
RecommendedGreat with toddlers! Dr. Parrish really listened to my concerns and made sure I left with no questions. Just the kind of family doctor we have been looking for!
Dr. Kaufhold is the kindest, sweetest and attentive doctor there is. He takes the time to listen and do what is necessary to care for his patients. I hope he doesn't retire or transfer ever!
Been waiting over a week for a call back to set an appointment for my 4 month old as a new patient, I stop in and the woman at the front desk is rude and unhelpful treats my like I am an inconvenience and dumb because I am not “even in their system” I was really looking forward to having Mikael Howard as a pediatrician but not if I have to deal with this to schedule an appointment. Embarrassing, South Bend Clinic Granger, not professional or compassionate at all!
Called 2 days in a row for a follow up after a heart scare at the hospital, and no call back! Finally they called back on the end of day 3, and we are told; can’t get you in until 2 months later!!!! Really?!? Very sad and disappointed at this treatment!
Will not go back, poor customer service. Patients aren't a priority to them, money is. Long wait times with every doctor I have seen there.
