Great knowledgeable, kind doctor Dr. Molitor is kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He gives me complete information, answers my questions and gives me the time I need to understand the situation. My dog had an episode I thought was a seizure. Dr. Molitor determined the incident was due to back pain and treated accordingly. Staff Need Customer Service Training Dr. Shoemaker was competent and friendly but the staff wasn't. The front desk staff ignored me when I approached the counter and didn't seem to care how long I waited for them. When they finally interacted me, they weren't quite rude but definitely aloof. I'll be taking my pet to a different quality vet with more capable and customer friendly staff.
Best Vet Exp. I have ever had! It was late in the day on a Sat and I called South bay and got there Receptionist Laura on the phone. I was hysterical. I had just gotten home to find my 6yr old Labrador retriever with a huge gash in his side and having trouble breathing. I had no idea what had happened or how long he had been there. Laura calmed me down told me to put Scooter in the truck and get him there as soon as possible. By the time I got there the clinic was already suppose to be closed.
