Horrible service. I was rescheduled twice before I ever came in. Then was sent to the wrong address. This caused me to be 15 min late to my appt. After waiting in the waiting room for 20 min, I was informed I could not be seen because I was late to my appt. Even though it was their fault. Not to mention while I was waiting, several other customers complained and berated staff about their incompetency and disrespect. The I was offered an appointment several months later. I will be finding a new provider.
Horrible place! Long wait for nothing. Read my complete review on Yelp for details. Dirty office, Dr Morrisroe has the worse bedside manners I’ve ever seen in a doctor. This medical office has changed names quite a few times, that should give you a clue of uncertainty. You will do yourself a favor and save time if you go some place else. Thank you, Dr. Garrett Matsunaga for being the best doctor who has taken good care of me for many years. I would also like to express my gratitude to your wonderful NP, "Bethany" who communicates well by portal and "Anna" too that I find pleasant from your call center. Overall, I like your office environment being clean, modern and most of all professional! I regret after retirement, I must choose HMO for my insurance due to costs and another urologist, but I'll always remember my positive experience at Skyline.
