Our speech therapist, Erin, has been such a blessing to us. From the very beginning, she has shown us extraordinary kindness, patience, compassion, and support. She treats us with genuine care and respect, and it is clear that helping others is more than just a job to her—it comes from her heart. It was a pleasure working with Nikki. She was very professional. During each session she did a quick review of our last session. This made me feel that she was engaged and not just going through a scripted set of sessions. From the very beginning I could see progress. The excersises and "homework" were helpful. She gave Key reminders throughout the session to keep my on track and focused. Again, it was a pleasure. It was one of the best therapies I have been through since my stroke.
I highly recommend South Bay Speech Therapy Clinic. They treated my husband with kindness, respect, and compassion throughout his care. The group meetings were incredibly helpful and supportive as well. Nikki was especially attentive to my husband’s individual needs and tailored her approach to work with him effectively. Nicki has inexhaustibly worked with me to overcome the detrimental effects which Parkinson Disease has had on my communication skills.
