GREEDY GREEDY COMPANY!!! They have a 48 hr cancellation policy but no emergency cancellation policy if child gets sick the day before your appointment. They expect you to bring in your child no matter if they are sick or not. We did not want to bring our 101 degree fever baby in and possibly get others sick. We called them first thing in the morning of the appointment and it seemed like they were understanding. Got an invoice a week later for cancelling day of cause my baby was sick. Stephanie has been terrific working with my dad and has really been compassionate and showed him many tools to help with his memory and speech. Sabina has been wonderful as well in taking the time to fill in on occasions and communication is great. Highly recommend both of them!!!
I had an extremely positive experience with Heather Stapleton, MS CCC-SLP at South Bay Speech Clinic. From the first to the last she was professional, thorough, engaging, a good listener, good explainer, very encouraging, supportive, and effective. She helped me meet and exceed my goals and set me up with a set of voice maintenance exercises I continue to do at home. All this with a warmth and ready sense of humour and sparkling intelligence.
