Tracy was super helpful, courteous, & professional.
Their staff is extremely hard to get a hold of they absolutely will not return your calls in any form of an emergency situation whether after office hours or not. I'm currently sitting with no power in my unit and no lights where I can't navigate anything inside my unit and they don't return their calls they don't respond to messages and when they do they tell you that they're going to fix the problem and then when you come out it's not fixed I recommend pretty much anywhere else.
Worked for me, shout out to Michael for helping me get set up. I like that it's in the foggy part of town, just cool for me. No complaints, everything has been safe and as promised. Thank you very much!
The guy in the office is rude we had our storage less then a week and he said our check wood be in the mail and we called on Friday and he said we was getting 280.00 back so we got the check today and it was only 105.00 so we went in and he said I told you and you don't listen you don't treat people like that we are never going back there and we are telling people we no the are rude and they rip people off the lady that used to be in the office was nice
