I was last there about 1 or 2 months ago to have my vehicle serviced and needed a few parts to be fixed. My service advisor told me that I'd get a call about a week later when the parts came in. Fast forward a week and no call so I wait an extra few days and still no call. I called my service advisor after work one day and he told me that they hadn't gotten the parts yet that they should be there in a few days and he'll call me to schedule an appointment.
