If you have an option to use any other supplier do it. This company does not answer their phone, return messages or follow up on what their reps promise. And never sign for your equipment before all is correct on the wheelchair you order. No matter what the reps tells you. I'm still waiting for handles for my son wheelchair promised in March. Víctor the wheelchair technician came through and fixed my left fork on my wheelchair super easy when I thought I was going to have to order parts. Great technician and very honest. Give Victor a raise on my behalf.

I been treated good and the Sales Rep David Parades has been helping me with the equipment and supplies I been purchasing there and has guide me how to use them, cause I was born with Spina bifida and he has become a good friend that I can relie on.
