This review is for the food area: the young lady needs to learn kindness, respect, speak in a clear and full sentence, and not make assumptions when speaking with customers. I purchased a scrambled egg breakfast and she assumed I wasn't paying with cash. I had to figure out she meant to say I needed to pay the balance from the $5.00 meal coupon with cash. Extremely kind and attentive and the parts department!
Wasted time and cash! They sent the wrong part. Their fault completely. Still they charged a restocking fee, and should have refunded the shipping I paid to get it fast. These two parts are nothing alike aside from performing the same function for DIFFERENT vehicles. I get it. Mistakes happen, we are all human. Just can't stand it when I have to pay hard earned cash for your mistake. That is where you crossed the line. If you can't own up and make it right you don't deserve a second chance.
South Bay Ford is the place to be. I like to do some diy maintenance on my Mercury Grand Marquis and South Bay Ford is always there when I need those parts. Thanks team for helping me keep the boat afloat
