RecommendedThe staff was fantastic. I called in the way there, explained the situation, and the had a doctor waiting for my girl. Everyone on staff was great. Very sensitive to me while focusing on my girl. The pricing was great too for an emergency.
Had to drop off my kitty Mango to have some tests ran. I know she'll be in great hands. The doctor and staff were beyond patient and accommodating.
While I appreciate having a place to take my pet 24 hours, it's a shame my dog was never even seen last night after waiting 2 hours. We ended up leaving when other dogs were taken in before mine. I guess my dog was not that important. Good thing she woke up feeling a lot better this morning.
Taking my baby girl there was very hard because last time I was there, I had to say good bye to my best friend 🐶💔 It brought back some very difficult memories for me! Knowing what a hard time I was having, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and companionate. She put me in a room to wait instead of having to be in the waiting room and brought me some tissue and coffee. My sweet girl is home with me now and is doing better! Hopefully she pulls through this without anymore issues! ❤️🐶🙏
my pup had a bad cough, local pet hospital were booking for an appt, wtf call Pet Emergency the said bring her in. They were very empathetic to our needs and took care of my doggie. she is recovering slowly. but thank you.
Dr is amazing very gentle hands I went in for a root canal and didn't even hurt. He explains the procedures to you.
