Long waits and no one comes out to check on dogs you have to keep calling them. I have been waiting 2 hours and no one has come out to check on my dog! Very unprofessional!
Worst experience! My family sat in the car for over 3 hours with our 9 week old puppy who has a lump that has grown in size the last 2 days, because he “seemed stable” they choose not to communicate with my family on wait time, when my family asked the status they were told another hour and that he wasn’t a critical patient so he was just going to have to wait till they could get to him. Miki scratched her eye and noticed they look swollen and angry. These people took us in right away! And let me know how she was doing! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 interviews and forms it had to be done over the phone! I’m glad I brought her here and I didn’t have to travel far.
Pit bull attacked our dog ripped skin right rear leg. Took nearest emergency vet. 3-21-20,had her til next day. To release her$4072, tended to her the next weekend her stitches and skin loose, took her back to have tighten up, was told not able to do it and sent us to La Mesa PESC, 4-1 kept her til next day finally surgery done correctly. To release her another $4736, she is finally healing correctly. I believe these outfits need to be monitored for what we are paying for without a warranty or guarantee of services!

Well good to take your pets for an emergency but sometimes they leave you waiting in there for hrs they ignore you if they think yours is not an emergency and keep taking people come after you I think is wrong
