The office at South Bay Endocrine Specialists is very nice; clean and uplifting. The staff are very friendly and professional. My doctor there is Dr. Hae Seung Lee, and she is spectacular. She has been on time for every appointment (in person and follow-up teleconferences), and I really appreciate when doctors respect my time as much as I do theirs. Dr. Rajbhandari is patient, caring and understanding. So helpful and supportive. A doctor who actually listens to her patients! Also, the office staff are great. Professional, courteous and friendly.
Met Dr. H Lee, she met my mother and I. We have been to 4 different endocrinologists the past 12 years, and never left the office feeling so secure, satisfied, and informed. She speaks fluent Korean for my mother, and English for myself. She provided in-depth knowledge on dietary practices, thoroughly assessed our conditions, & made sure we left with all our needs met. For the first time in a long time, we felt heard and understood. Very glad to have found South Bay Endo.
