Either the doctors are unaware of who, or rather who DOES NOT, answer the phones for appointments and information. It took 10+ calls before someone called me back in early February 2026. My appointment was set for June 2026 with Dr Lee. No reminders. Someone called me the hour of the appointment. No message. My mistake. Wrote appointment down as next day. Called them back to reschedule. Refuses to let me remake an appointment as the girl who called me back stated my referral expired in April 2026. Well its your fault you had... read more

Scheduling for appts are challenging. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail. I feel like I'm being an inconvenience to the person who is scheduling the appts. "We tried reaching out to you but you didn't respond"... well, maybe because the call was made at 4:55pm on a Friday... 5 minutes before closing. Some of us have a life so the reasonable thing to do is call back the following week on a Monday...which is what I did! Don't need the attitude from this employee. Scheduling for appts are challenging. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail. I feel like I'm being an inconvenience to the person who is scheduling the appts. The male medical assistant came across as rude for my first visit in January. I didn't have a good experience as others had for my first visit. Had to wait more than an hour despite arriving early. I wish for staff to be better with communication. I am told via email I need to get labs done at least 3 weeks before my appt yet the doctor tells me to get labs 2 weeks. ... read more

The office at South Bay Endocrine Specialists is very nice; clean and uplifting. The staff are very friendly and professional. My doctor there is Dr. Hae Seung Lee, and she is spectacular. She has been on time for every appointment (in person and follow-up teleconferences), and I really appreciate when doctors respect my time as much as I do theirs.
