This is honestly my very first review on anything. If I could give it negative stars I would. My son is crying that his ear hurts so I go to the nearest urgent care. The hours say open till 8pm. We get there at 7:35 and they are CLOSED!! Thanks Urgent Care for making my son be in pain even longer because your staff chose to leave early! Horrible!!
Just called to make an appointment for my 3 year old daughter and was told they are no longer open.
The doctor here is very nice and thorough. I do advise you to bring cash to pay because the lady Kim that does the billing is rude and will run your credit card without asking you for additional charges that no other urgent care has charged me before. When I called to resolve the issue she just kept giving me the run around and said she was ending the call. Poor customer service on her part, I will never return there.
