If I could give 0 stars I would. Been on a call for 70 minutes now watching to spell to a supervisor. They keep passing the phone around. They say they're in Encino Then Hawthorne, then Monterey, what the heck? I was also told four times that "rest assured, I call you back". Well I didn't rest assured, in fact I didn't rest at all. This call center is a joke and I think they're in Brazil or Central America, not local. They're all a bunch of liars. Surprise bill received. Don't recomment.
Try your best to stay away from these people. They are a private company. They do not work with insurances and they will charge you the max no matter the circumstances. If the hospital you’re using, says that they are contracted by them then go somewhere else or call your insurance to ask for another place to go to that works with your Dental or medical insurance… And they’re quick to threaten you with reporting your debt to collections
As others have stated, no issue with the services performed. But the invoicing and payment are terrible. I get a bill in the mail, with a website to pay, but the website asks for information not found on the bill. I call the phone number, "oh that medical group isn't set up for online payments".... then WHY IS THERE A WEBSITE TO PAY ONLINE ON MY BILL? Worse yet, I've failed to get anyone on the phone from the actual payments department to pay my bill. I've never had this much trouble giving someone or a business my money.
i can not complaint about its professional service provided for my colonoscope procedure but the billing service it has outsourced ("Patientbilling) is shameful!!! i made the payment on the day before i walked into the operating room. However, due to its own internal accounting recording error, the billing service has been chasing after me for payment and completely ignore the 10+ phone calls, and mails with my receipts and emails i have sent to clear the situation.
