I love living here! The office staff is awesome and very helpful, and very respectful! I would recommend living here 10/10 times! Great staff, great location, awesome amenities and overall it's a great place to live!
My family lived at Camden South Bay for 28 months. A relocation for employment required us to move, but our experience couldn't have been better. Kim, Sabrina and the rest of the staff were responsive and so helpful with everything that we ever needed. Any required maintenance was done in a rapid and courteous manner. The living spaces at South Bay are spacious and upscale. The walls, floors and ceilings are thick and prevent sound leakage. The facilities are clean and pleasant to use. Finally, you could not ask for a better staff. They are always attentive and happy to help.
Camden South bay is the best complex to live in, in Corpus. The best staff and personnel by far. Plenty of great parking and friendly atmosphere is awesome.
Camden South Bay staff is top notch, they care about their residents, guests and about the curb appeal. Everyone here at Benchmark Landscapes loves working for Kim and the staff at South Bay because of the professionalism and appreciation every time we are on property. South Bay is a great place to live! Not only is the pool gorgeous, but the staff is always friendly. I really appreciate everyone's hard work, especially the maintenance staff as they keep the grounds so well-maintained. I visit the office twice a week for fresh coffee and quiet reading in the lounge. Great place, great people!
