Mr Myles Torres is an outstanding maintenance worker at Camden South Bay. Thank God for employees like him. He really knows his job. We thought he had been at it for years. He goes far & beyond doing every work order with utmost knowledge & respect. He is very intelligent, courteous, kind & always has a genuine smile. If at all possible, we would appreciate it if he could be the regular associate for our apartment maintenance needs. Thank you
I’ve lived at Camden South Bay for about a year now. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Replies to requests are always handled at a timely manner. The front office staff is also amazing and always go above and beyond for us, specially Kim!
My business has done several projects for Camden South Bay. Some include the renovation of the clubhouse (furniture and fixtures), tile for the flooring and pool area, as well as the beautiful BBQ grilling areas. The office staff is always helpful and kind and goes above and beyond to help myself and my team. I can only imagine how great they are to their residents. I am currently a vendor for Camden. This property is great! They have such an awesome friendly professional staff, and the property landscaping is beautiful. The units on property are very nice as well as spacious. This is one of my favorite properties to service. If you are thinking about moving into an apartment home in the Corpus Christi area I would highly recommend checking this place out!
I never lived in an apartment, until now. I have owned 2 homes and I can't believe how the employees here make this such an amazing adventure for my family and me. They have made this move from Oklahoma even more amazing than I could have imagined.
As a former employee here, I quickly realized the hard work ethic that the other employees possessed, which in turn motivated me to continue to work hard and love my job. Working on the maintenance crew I witnessed how expeditiously the work orders were actually being done/ how fast the spontaneous issues were assessed. Between the crew in the front office and the maintenance crew you won't have an issue getting an answer to your question or a fix to your problem. Awesome property, awesome company.
I've lived in 5 different complexes since I moved to corpus and Camden South Bay is by far the best. The maintenance crew is so friendly and they are dry prompt in fixing anything around the community. I'm very happy with my apartment choice here �
