Camden South Bay has been awesome for my wife and I. In a time where most realty agencies or apartment complexes are simply interested in making as much money as possible, Camden South Bay employees have taken genuine interest in ensuring its residents are satisfied and comfortable. They are extremely military friendly and don't try to hide any fees or costs. Shout out to Blayne and Kim for being particularly helpful and friendly. What a wonderful place ! I like Camden South Bay !
Camden South Bay apartments have made our close to 2 years stay in Corpus Christi a wonderful experience. The property is located near Texas A&M University, the Naval Base, the beach and minutes from the beautiful drive on Ocean Drive towards downtown. We have been extremely happy with management and the hard working property maintenance team. Management strives to maintain the property in excellent condition, very clean and safe. They have no heart, just pure greed. They take advantage of you when your personal situation is strained. Each time you renew a lease, they jack the price up. Our lease is 25% higher than it was 18 months ago. Camden advertises a much lower rate for new residents.
Camden South Bay is a very nice community! All the service requests are done on time. The front office is friendly. The pool is great and clean. This is a real family and friends environment. I'm happy I moved out here. Blayne is super fun to deal w/. Angela is a sweetheart. Sabrina is super funny and nice. Kim is just GREAT and fun to talk to. An Apartment is only GOOD if the staff is GOOD! I'm happy I found me and my mom a Nice Community To Live���
Location, location, location! Just minutes to so many places makes Camden South Bays location terrific! The staff all the way around is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed!
I am so thankful for the Camden South Bay apartment complex in Corpus Christi! Not only is it in a great, central location, but the community itself is so modern and well-kept. The apartments are so spacious and updated. It is especially evident that every single staff member genuinely cares about your quality of life here and will go out of their way to help you however they can. The office plans events for residents, and their pets too! My puppy loves playing at the dog park. We are so happy here at Camden South Bay!
I love it here! The staff is nice, especially Angela Garcia, and they always have a smile to share! :) It is a clean and safe place to stay and excellent location close to everything. Plus the pool is amazing, too. God is good!
I have visited this property many times and each time I walk into the leasing office the staff is so friendly and always so welcoming. Out of all the different communities here in Corpus Christi I can honestly say Camden is number one in my book on how caring and customer focused they are and treat everyone like family.
