We've lived here for a year now and we love it! Andrew is always so nice and helpful in any way he can! A great place to call home and it's nice and quiet!
My family and I just bought our new home here in South Arlingron Estates and we had the best experience ever working with Judith and Andrew. They both made this process so much easier. We are settled now in our new home and we are really loving this community. Best decision my family and I made.
Me and my wife and children moved here in February and it was the best desicion we have ever made our girls instantly made friends Andrew is the best most friendly manager you could ever ask for. This is best place to live and raise a family it is quiet neighbors are nice and management is superb.
Today we found out we were one of the winners for the Resident Appreciation Month. My family and I have had it rough the past year or so and honestly we've never one anything before. This really made our month lol. We are so blessed to be a part of this wonderful community and are very grateful for the amazing staff at South Arlington Estates . All of them have beautiful souls and care about their residents. Thanks you again everyone !
When I first moved into this place I loved it with the first manager he was an amazing manager he always make sure everybody was taking care of and was happy... once a new manager came in and everything went downhill I even put my 30-day notice in and then once I put it in and I moved out they said that I destroyed the house before I left and didn't clean it and all this other stuff and now they charged me $2,000 the things they had to do to get the place up to speed again to rent it out.....
Love it here! The community is quiet friendly and the manager is awesome!!
