I have lived at south and Madison apartments for almost 16 years! I am on the 3rd floor and have always had difficulty in the winter with the heat rising from downstairs apartments but never like this past winter! A maintenance man came in early winter and registered the heat coming from my baseboard heaters and it read 106 degrees! I have to run my window air conditioners to be able to stay in the apartment!
