Landlord for a property in North Central Austin. Upon moving out, Scott called Texas Gas Service to come back to the property to turn back on the gas I had shut off, obviously because we moved out. Scott was aware we had a security system installed to the property and was given the pin for the system. Long story short, Texas Gas Service guy shows up to the now vacant property, sets off the alarm because he was not given the pin # from Scott. Police show up.
