My 84 year old mother took one bite of the creamy tomato soup and discovered that it was too spicy her. When I politely asked if I could exchange the soup for the cream of potato. They said no because that's giving away free food. After I said okay, the manager whated to continue the conversation as if wanting to argue. I kept telling him it's okay 5 times. I'll never go here ever again.
I ordered a turkey sandwich and mushroom flatbread. Flatbread was delicious and the Turkey Sandwich was ok. Even tho the food was not both 100% I will return and order different sandwich
Great sandwiches(especially the chicken cholula), the only things is that the prices are pretty high and the service is a little slow sometimes.
Poor customer service
I just wanted my large sandwich cut in 3. They said they didn’t want to cut it. I was going to share it with 2 kids so I needed it to be cut. They do it all the time in the san mateo location but this location doesn’t do it I guess. They had an attitude.
