I signed a contract with this company in May 2014 for six months. They have been to my house a total of TWO times since, once without my permission and sprayed when my dog was present. Now they are asking for $179.00 for me to cancel my contract, that was completed in December 2014. Sounds like a scam to me. I've reported them to the BBB and will never do business with them again!
So extremely pleased with this service! ! We had a good sized ant problem. Source guys were out the next day... found 3 nests in the yard... put out baby/pet safe bait in the kitchen and within 24 hours bam... no more live ants!! Employees were very friendly both on the phone and during the service call! Thanks guys!! Oh and very affordable and competitive rates!! They even price matched for us! A+++
I have had quarterly pest service at my house continuously for the past eight years with a couple different companies. Source has been the cheapest, however, there is a price that comes with that. Their service doesn't keep the spiders away as effectively as other companies and although they like to write "swept cobwebs" on my paperwork, they never do.
