I literally took an iPhone 6 to Sour Apple in a box, all taken apart. In an hour and a half they called to say it was ready. On top of that, they were very eager to help and their customer service was top notch!!!!

I went here as a last attempt before driving all the way to Austin for an Apple Store because no one could fix my phone. I talked to Monique and told her what happened and she fixed it in 5 minutes. Greatly appreciate it!
I set my time and date back to 1970 and it bricked my phone. I took it to Sour Apple and they knew exactly what I did and fixed it in a few minutes. They were extremely nice and they fixed my phone for FREE! Highly recommend for any issues you might have with your apple devices.

I came here to get a bug fixed in my iPhone 5 (one where you set your phone's date to Jan. 1, 1970, which I don't recommend doing), and the service was friendly, quick, and they didn't charge me a dime! Definitely recommend!
Very happy with my service! Not the type of store to charge you for things you don't really need. Kind and efficient employees. They opened up my Mac and inspected it for free instead of charging me a diagnostic fee like other places. Would come again!
Sour Apple is just amazing! They fixed my screen in only an hour and it looks so good again. The service and people there are so helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!
