Wow! So I dj for a living and had one of the most sickening thing happen to me literally minuets before the gig started. My hard drive fried! I was devastated to say the least! My screen cracked a few weeks ago so I fed ex'd my phone to Sour Apple Repair. Well it was fixed and back to me in 4 days...I was so glad I got it back so quick. My screen protector was really looking bad when I sent it and when I got it back, I was suprised how the protector looked! Sour apple Repair cleaned and it looked brand new! Thanks guys! Y'all rock! I've personally had iPhone since they have come out which I have broken quite a few screens. I used to change my own but only had luck with that a few times. At work, a guy broke one of our tablets and put us in a pinch. I called Sour Apple Repair and was given the easy instructions of follow the steps on there website. In less than a week my tablet got from Florida to Texas, fixed, and then back again. Plus, I got a free case with the color of my choice! Mailed my phone down to have a screen replaced. Got my phone back faster than expected and it's working perfect. Hopefully I never need a phone fixed again but if I do it's headed back to these guys.
Took my iPhone in to get my screen repaired, quick and efficient service! Very happy with the customer service in this store. I even got a free tempered glass screen protector!
Y'all this place is great. My screen was shattered and I brought it in and picked it up an hour later. They give you a tempered glass screen protector every time. Great customer service. 10/10
The reason for the 3 (may change to a 5 depending on the outcome). Took my phone in Saturday to get the screen replaced. Everything worked fine for a day. Then it just stopped registering the touch. Also noticed the edges of the screen separating. Also didnt receive a free tempered glass because they were out of stock. So i called and they said to bring it in this coming weekend. $200 is a lot for a still not fixed phone. So I'll see if the stars change.
