Had an issue with my screen on my iPhone 5, and when I updated the IOS, the screen issue ended up making my phone useless. I got a new phone, but needed the contacts off my old one. Took my phone to Sour Apple, and they offered to change out the screen, help me move over the info I needed, and then change the screen back out, and only charge me a labor fee (much better than buying a completely new screen).
