Once a dependable stop for a satisfying bowl, this noodle bar has taken a sharp and deeply disappointing turn. From the moment I sat at the bar, it was clear something was off. The enclosed refrigeration unit—meant to showcase fresh sushi—did the opposite. Ingredients looked haphazardly thrown in, with no sense of care or organization. When you head to Key West you’re usually not thinking noodles… but you should! We enjoyed the veggie egg rolls, some of the best we’ve had! The Tortuga Shrimp Bowl and Hangover Hot and Sour Noodle Soup with broth, were both delicious! Get to Souper Happy Noodles fast and beat the rush!
