Very good customer service Scott was a example of Customer service very friendly. He struck up a conversation and seemed genuinely engaged with me as a customer. I would highly recommend a promotion to customer service teacher for other locations. The food was awesome and a great value. Highly recommended.

I love the grill cheese!!! And of course the bear guy that works there..lol
Great food but we had to wait a half hour for three sandwiches and they were not busy with only two guests. This has happened several times and we sometimes choose not to eat their because of the slow service. YES the food is excellent but plan on a more than normal long wait time.
They have a variety of delicious homemade soups and the best bread sticks.
If it cold outside it's time to go to the soup kitchen. My fav is the New England clam chowder. They also have Sandwiches and salads. Try it out!
