I had a deeply frustrating experience with this practice and cannot recommend them. If your primary doc gives a referral to this office to Mr.Moran, just say No and search other endodontist. From start to finish, the visit was poorly managed. The front desk staff was pushy, rude, and completely unprepared, forcing me to fill out a redundant paperwork despite my appointment being booked in advance. I just wanted to give Dr. Moran and Liz a shoutout! They are really professional and provide high quality care! I came in for a consultation and they provided the education without the pressure to proceed with the procedure. I was able to take the time to think about. Dr. Kuritani is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate; and so are all his staff.
Dr. Kuritani is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate; and so are all his staff.
I'd rather have my head cut off and then reattached after the dentist has done whatever it is was I needed to have done on my teeth. I'm not a fan of root canals and needles. But Dr. Kuritani's technique, expertise and skill made my whole visit effortless (and painless). His office is right on the bay in Tacoma, so when you're sitting back in your chair you have a gorgeous view of the waterfront. His staff is friendly, professional and helpful. This is one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.
