I have bought a few Pieces off of Sound Hounds over the years including an Anthem Amplifier and a Moon CD player. I was very happy with the sales experience and also the after sales experience. The transport in the CD player has failed a few times. So I took it into the store and they shipped it to the manufactor and it was repaired and returned. Was happy to discover some free parking spots out front... although there was only a 30-minute maximum.
