Really crappy. I had a system put in, they never finished the install, they told me to come back the next day, so I did and they told me to come by another time. And still put me off. So I made an appointment with them, showed up and they didn’t keep their word. I do not recommend this sound shop. Also high priced. Not worth it. I would like a refund on everything for the poor crappy service they gave me.
I asked them about a job and they never got back to me they saw my messages never responded to any of them so yeah they don't have any kind of customer service skills I don't care how long they been doing their thing they suck
