Exceptional service
For unknown technical reasons, only 1 hour of my night was recorded for the sleep study. The doctor, who had obviously not reviewed my data before we Zoomed, said I had 15 apnea episodes and 14 snoring episodes. My longest lack of breath was 70 seconds, according to Andy. The thing is, I had not even fallen asleep in that hour. I do not snore and never lack air. My issue is restless leg syndrome and insomnia, but Andy said everyone, including me, has sleep apnea. The devices they sell to you have very hefty price tags and they MOVE your jaw. In what world is that normal? I only wore for a short time and had excruciating pain. I mean EXCRUCIATING! Andy was nice but my jaw still hurts from that experience. Do not buy into this device and look around to see why there isn't a lot of information on Google....It is because it doesn't work. Do you see anyone endorsing this with a credible background? NO
