I wish I had read this review before I ordered $1600 worth of home audio speakers to be installed in my home on December 8,2020. I contacted this store and spoke with Evan to purchase six Klipsch PRO 160RPC speakers for delivery and install. I informed the salesperson I was having my basement finished and needed the speakers before the drywall was to be installed within two weeks. Poor quality of work. Bolts without washers, lights still not working after being kept for the purpose of fixing the non-working lights. Promised great deals up front by the owner and then when calling to follow up and discuss issues, the owner is always " in a meeting."

Terrible customer service & they don't answer the phone. I was quoted one price on Wednesday and then it changed to a totally different price. I just feel like he didn't want to do the work. Very nonchalant. I work too hard to hand my money over to someone who acts like they don't want it... especially when I'm paying for a service. Bad business ethics!

Had them install a backup camera. the camera wiring was bad and had a ground on it . Took it back and explained the issue, they claimed it was a bad module, Few months later the ground fault fried my radio, had radio replaced and experienced the same issue. They will not honor the bad workmanship , they require I pay them to look at the cause. Not happening - Why would I give more money to someone who isn't going to honor their workmanship.
