I wish we could give zero stars. Somebody needs to pull their license. This place sucks on so many levels. Especially scheduling, communication, and even prescription refills. They absolutely do not care about their patients. Patients are 0 priority. Heather, who is supposed to be a supervisor, claims she doesn't have time to call patients back regarding their prescriptions. It’s sad to realize this institution does NOT care about their clients. They refuse to communicate, support and provide care. My son and I have been working at trying to get counseling, medications and have had the worst experience and lack of response from Sound Health.
