Dr. Jaffari was wonderful. He took his time, explained everything and answered questions thoroughly and clearly. Ali Jaffari, also wonderful. He spent a lot of time with us teaching, answering questions, allowing time for fittings and trying out the best hearing aid to fit our needs. The staff, was warm and welcoming. Altogether it was an excellent experience working with these doctors and their staff.
Ali Jaffari is by far the best in his field. He has an abundance of knowledge and is up on the latest technology. His personality is wonderful. Professional, yet extremely friendly and caring. He explained everything and answered my questions. I was not rushed. I have been to places in NYC that were mechanical with no personal touch and made you return for at least 5 times to get through the exams and hearing aid process. Great service, always available when I have any problems. Knowing I was tech savvy, Ali recommended the Oticon ON1 Hearing aids. This is a quality product and I am very happy with it. The hearing aids are easy to use and although They are a more expensive product, Ali priced it at a reasonable cost, much cheaper than it was offered elsewhere.
