Great experience ! My hearing aid malfunctioned and my original hearing specialist had retired. His replacement was not as nice and I didn’t feel comfortable with the new doctor. My insurance recommended Ali at Sound Hearing Solutions. From my first call I knew this was the right practice for me. Not only was he very professional, he was very accommodating. This is so far the best place to go for all your hearing issues, they work with you on a very patient level and its easy to book an appointment, they are all so friendly and take tbe time to explain anything you ask them
The experience started great, staff was great and responsive until I was suckered into paying out of pocket instead of waiting for the insurance. I was told everything was preauthorized and approved by the insurance company. I paid upfront $4600 in January 2020, since then I have been going back and forth with my insurance company because no one in the office will reply to my various attempts to communicate with them and get this resolved.
