I brought my mother to the doctor. I was very impressed with the patience he had for my mother. Everything was done right in their office. All the testing and to actually getting the sample hearing aids that mom tried on. Mom was able to hear much better immediately. She's still learning to speak at a normal tone but what a blessing this has been for the whole family. We don't have to speak so loudly anymore. So happy for mom that she has her hearing back. Thankyou again Ali and staff for a better life
I called them Monday morning and Desiree said “come right over!” She ordered the parts to repair my moms hearing aids and had them both working Tuesday morning!! Very helpful and enthusiastic to make sure the patient is happy!! 👍. Thank you Sound Hearing Solutions!!
My dad has had profound hearing loss for at least 25 years and REFUSED to get hearing aids because the last very expensive pair were uncomfortable and he could hear his heart beat. Within minutes of meeting Ali, I could see my dad's attitude changing. Minutes later, Ali had a sample pair of aids on him and my dad could hear!!! It was quite emotional!
