I am a very satisfied customer of Ted at Sound Hearing Group. I had trouble hearing conversations and television programs for a long time. After he tested and fit me with the new hearing aids it has really helped. I understand conversations better and enjoy watching programs on TV now. I did not know what a difference these newer hearing aids could make. He knows his business and is very patient to program them to my specific needs.
