I experienced eceptional service at Sound Depot. They have a well trained staff with lots of audio experience. Danny Powell took great care of repairing a complicated issue with my radio. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how much they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this store and staff.

John was awsome...helped me with my radio reset...quickly and professionally....Chris helped him out as well and both guys had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I'll recommend this business to any of my friends.
Placed an order with them. The items came in but had some fitting issues. Even though it was not their fault they went above and beyond and made sure I had a ride until the parts got straightened out. Also very professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning in the future
They are dependable and they work with you on making sure you get exactly what you want. I drive a Mercedes and I trusted them with my car and they never let me down.
