Talked to a representative who said they were low on staff, but would provide return authorization on part of a kit ("kit" was supposed to be OEM-like fit for my car (year, make, model), but installer said there were 2 too many speakers in the kit and the AMP in the kit wouldn't fit in OEM location because it was 2x too large). I bought a AAI GM12 PAC adapter to integrate auxiliary into my factory headunit(05 suburban with XM & Bose but no rear entertainment) when I first installed the product, I was upset because my factory head unit when I pressed CD auxiliary did not go to auxiliary so I figured I had to get an aftermarket unit and sent it back. So after someone from post office didn't do there job or stole my stuff, hifi sound took care of the situation and had my speaker,amp and amp kit sent to me in three days. It's not hifi sound making it hard on you getting your stuff It's people within the post office. If you don't get your stuff by the delivery date just calmly call them and they will help with your situation. Just be patient! REVIEWS ARE VERY TRUE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a combo pack with sub in box, amp and wiring kit. Received the sub box but no speaker, amp or wiring kit. You can call them all you want with no help for refund at all. You have to go back to ebay and wait another week before they step in. Then have to wait a few more weeks for them to get your money back. Witch your going to loose half your money for shipping the box back.
