I was referred to Sound Advice several years ago for new hearing aids. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I had issues with the aids, they were able to get them fixed and the warranty extended. The hearing aid cleanings and batteries are a plus. They even were able to connect me with a free captions phone.
I have been going here for years and they are very caring people. Have my hearing aids check out and cleaned every six months at no charge. Have never spend a dime on battiers or new tips. Hope that they stay that way.
I bought my hearing aids from Sound Advice in 2012. They have worked perfectly and the support from Sound Advice through the years has been above and beyond. I am impressed with the quality and durability of these aids. After four years of use the receiver wire broke and Sound Advice brought me in immediately, diagnosed the problem, gave me a loaner wire and had the part shipped overnight. The repair was complete within 24 hours without losing the use of my hearing aid.
Great FB page - so informative! And, I love the ear plugs I got from you. They work so well with the loud band I play with. Blocks the intensity of the noise yet I can still hear what's going on. I agree with Barb, You are the best!
If Joni will not do the best there is out there for your ears, nobody will!
