After two years of trying to hear better; I found the place. Lauren took the time to LISTEN to my concerns(many) and find the correct solution. I can finally hear in bars, and other noisy areas. I was never given information on CROS hearing aids/microphones. It works great. Thanks Lauren.
I have suffered with tinnitus for over 20 years. My doctor referred me to Sound Advice. 11 days ago I was fitted with my device and the best way to describe this is I finally have peace in my head! If you have ringing in your ears, there isn't a cure but relief for me is amazing! Ben and the entire staff are fabulous and treat me like family! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that either wants to relieve ringing in their ears or to hear better! ��
I had been with Joni since the beginning of Sound Advice. She and her staff always treated me and my mother like friends, rather than patients. I am so thrilled to say that nothing has changed since she retired! I dealt with Lauren on my visits this time. The service, patients and consideration that she gave me made me feel exactly the same way! I so appreciate what they have done for me. Been at Sound Advice for couple of years!! Love Ben and Beth! They Introduce me to Lyric by Phonak.. I love them, I wear them for three months and they change them for me! I sleep with them and do my everyday activity, like I shower with them... I have a magnet the I can turn them on and off before bed! I give them a FIVE Star!!!
Ben was awesome. He is very pleasant, thorough and couldn't ask for a better audiologist. Now I will be returning with my Mom.

Beth did a great job! She takes her time in making sure everything is just right with the fitting and how they work and finding the best hearing aide for what you need! I would highly recommend Sound Advice for anyone needing help with their hearing issues!! Keep up he great work!
