I really like my hearing aids. I can't believe I waited this long to have better hearing. I appreciate the time Ben spent with me to explain how the program worked, especially on the phone application. I am glad I didn't waste money on those ads sent every day about cheaper hearing aids. You better read the fine print.....most are for hearing "amplifiers" which do not do justice to a hearing problem. Take it from me, I tried that route and it doesn't work. Bravo, Sound Advice!
