My air conditioner was leaking when I called Soumadel. They came promptly and helped troubleshoot the problem. They were nothing but kind, helpful to answer all my questions and very patient with me. Everything was so easy, and the price was reasonable! They gave me options on pricing. 10/10 would recommend Soumadel for your next service call
Great experience, our technician was able to diagnose and solve the issue promptly. A prior company had recommended a whole new system install but luckily Soumadel was to implement the fix. Would highly recommend doing business with them!
Thank you Nadjib for working with us on the HVAC replacement. I give 4.5 stars but its not an option here - only because it took weeks for the work to get done. Although it took a few weeks to get the work done, you were communicative and the HVAC technician showed up on time and was respectful and easy to communicate with via text. Pricing was fair as well.
I can't speak highly enough about this company. They were excellent in their communication, clear in what they would do and how they would do it, and saved us thousands of dollars. The team that came to fix both our air handler and our split unit did an excellent job and cleaned up everything so we didn't even know they had been here. I am so grateful to them,
