Souley Vegan is unique for all of the right reasons - a welcoming, non-pretentious atmosphere combined with comfort-food staples we all love, sans animals. My wife and I are WFPB, and it’s challenging to find rich, savory food that isn’t overly processed. My oh my, Souley Vegan put a giant smile on my face. The single, homemade biscuit smothered in mushroom gravy was sublime, and the cheesy grits have ruined anything cheesy ever again for the rest of my vegan life.
