This unusual coffeehouse occupies two levels of a vintage renovated building in the historic Soulard neighborhood and overlooks a beautiful courtyard garden. Breakfast fare includes Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, and egg croissant sandwiches. Freshly baked muffins, scones, cookies and cakes will tempt you to visit the bakery counter. Lunch offerings feature sandwiches such as the Rueben Panini, served with salad or fresh fruit. And of course there are blended coffee drinks, iced mochas, and smoothies.

Best brunch spot around. Food and coffee are amazing. The staff is awesome!!! We have never had a problem here and we come every weekend.
I absolutely love this place. The garden / back patio area is one of the jewels of Soulard. The food is yummy, consistent, and exactly what you'd want from a neighborhood breakfast café. The service is friendly, and I always feel welcomed here. They've continued to improve the space over the years, and I've enjoyed watching how the space, particularly the garden, has evolved into this lovely little oasis.
Anyone who thinks these omelettes are good doesn't know what an omelette is. The atmosphere is very nice. Workers are friendly.
We sat on the outside patio. Very relaxing. Great coffee. The omelet and home fries were wonderful.
Worst service ever! Refused other guests to sit on patio on a nice day. Wait fifteen minutes for service. Took order of others who came in after us. Understaffed or MIA servers? Wrong order. Paid $20 for sandwich because I finally left without correct food. Had already signed check. Not place to stop when you need to be somewhere on time. Pierre, no, I will not be back ever. Sad.
