My son and I love soul tree. So friendly and great prices.
I scheduled an appointment here and she called 30 minutes before to push it back and hour. I then got there early as requested and she never showed up. I waited 45 minutes and even tried calling her and she did not ever answer. Poor management of this business. I was very disappointed. If she needed to cancel she should have just told me and not wasted my time.
I went last month to get a massage from Laurie, & I must say she's extremely knowledgeable, friendly & has a calming energy that put me at ease. she explained everything to me in detail before we got started. The massage was amazing & i left feeling very relaxed & renewed, and I really love the fact that she incorporates all elements of mind, body & soul into her services, plus the prices are very affordable for what you are getting!
I got a gift certificate to this place for Christmas and couldn't use it. I called several times and left messages, I have emailed and sent a message over Facebook. What kind of business professional doesn't answer customers?
