Scheduled through Groupon, set up an appointment and it had to get rescheduled, no big deal she even upgraded me from a 90 to a 120. Rescheduled for another date got a sitter and drove an hour, 20 minutes before the appointment she calls and basically said she’s been having car trouble all day, but never had the decency to call any earlier. Being a nice to a new customer would be a great start.
So I purchased a Groupon for my wife, from the beginning I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to book I had to book through an online system, which was personally annoying but whatever. The day before the massage was scheduled I get a phone call saying that she had a family emergency so she would have to reschedule the massage but would upgrade it from a 60 minute to a 90 minute, understandable but still frustrating. Owner is a complete joke! Not a professional by any means. Pre paid customer and she treated us like garbage.
I had my very first massage and facial with Laurie yesterday. She was warm and inviting. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me step by step how my session would go. The studio was tranquil and decorated nicely. My massage and facial felt AMAZING! Her technique is a medium firm, so while it was very relaxing, it got all my kinks and knots out!
