I went to see Andy McLlarky at Soul PT for shoulder pain that has kept me up all night and limited me from doing what I wanted to do in life. Andy quickly assessed that my range of motion needed some serious attention. Two months, I can swing a golf club pain free, throw a baseball pain, lift weights pain free, plus more.
