Your classic SF seafood joint. Fabulous food. Service great and you don't break the bank.
The food was delicious, plentiful, and served quickly. Don't expect lots of frills (no dessert), and the wait may be long, but it's well worth it.
The cioppino was fantastic. The atmosphere is old Italian North Beach. Lots of fun. The lunch time crowd thins out at 2:30pm and it's possible to get a table without waiting. I

Come here anytime I go to San Francisco. BEST scallops I have ever had, and no, it's not because I was drunk. They are amazing.

Very disappointed on the food. Came here on a Friday night to celebrate parents' silver anniversary, wanted to let them try the famous ciopinno and other dishes, got sloppy food. They were so busy, we waited a long time for food and to even get attention from waiters to get some spoons. It was not the dining experience I expected for the price. They could've done better than this.
