If you have someone under the age of 18 go to the pediatric immediate care upstate has only!!!!Misdiagnosed my son, called them told them what his pain symptoms where again, had to wait forever on the phone, no one seemed concerned, my son was in pain, and ended up having a horrible experience. Just go elsewhere if you have a child, trust me!!!!
Worst medical experience i ever had. My daughter has been dealing with knee pain and couldnt straighten her leg. Doctor straightened it to the point of her in tears, and then told me she was fine and just couldnt do gym. I recommend avoiding this place. Horrible bedside manor
Waste of time. Charged a $50 copay for an xray that was not needed because the MA couldn’t convey history. Then refused an order for an MRI because “insurance” I have private insurance and was happy to pay out of pocket. Then refused any management of my weeks long symptoms. Wants me to max out my PT visits before any actual picture of the problem has been established? If you want to be ignored, treated like a drug seeker, and over charged, this is your place.
Had to wait 3 hours to be seen. When I was finally taken back saw the doctor for all of 2 minutes for him to not really listen to me, try to convince me my pain was in a different spot than it was, tell me going there was no different than going to urgent care. In the end I got no help.
