First of all, to anyone seeing this, don't go to their website, it's a porn site now. So Here's my experience: Sales guy seemed intelligent and helpful, so I went with them. They finally delivered all the hardware for my re-shingle work, and I noticed right away one of the vent caps had a large dent in it. I called the sales guy, he said he'd bring a new one out.
